Shipping Charges:
Shipping cost to a Canadian address is
$10 CAD. Shipping cost to a US address is $12 CAD. Shipping cost
to an International address is $15. You can also order through Amazon internationally. This may save you shipping charges.
If you are ordering more than
one book, add $3 CAD for each additional book. We ship all orders
by regular Canada Post Mail Service. If you wish to upgrade to an
expedited delivery service, please place your order by telephone so that we can calculate shipping costs for your specific order.
